Kitesurfing is another extreme sport that one can find in Greece. It has started to become very famous over the last few years and ever since then it escalated, with more surf schools opening up and more surf stations becoming available at windy beaches on many of the Greek Islands.
One of the most famous Kitesurfing stations is at the island of Paros, where one can also find one of the most famous surf shops around the world, Bit of Salt Paros. The island attracts many lovers of the windy thrill every summer season, and many professional kite surfers travel from all around the world to surf the beautiful Aegean waters.
